Chilli Flakes - Certified Organic: perfect for making your own chilli oil: simply heat peanut oil to between 107 and 122 C, add desired amount of Hot Crushed Chilli flakes and allow to cool down before pouring into a sterilised bottle. Also use in omlettes, soups, pastas, salad dressings, stir-fries, curries, stews and Asian dipping sauces.
