Egyptian Dukkah: the word dukkah, is derived from the arabic word ‘to pound’; this reflects the process of making this universally loved blend. This is so versatile. Delicious when used as a dip with crusty bread and oil and in salads but also amazing when used to coat chicken, veal or fish prior to frying or baking. Definitely a pantry staple.
